First Order Promotion Dear Wilde Customer, Wilde Tool Co., Inc. announces a First Order Promotion for distributors who have never purchased Wilde branded products. This promotion is designed to get Wilde’s USA MADE hand tools into the stores and distribution facilities of companies that have never bought directly from Wilde Tool. Any first-time buying distributor will receive pre-paid freight with their initial minimum order of $300.00+. Any order placed after the initial order is obligated to meet our regular terms listed in the current Distributor Price Sheet. Minimum Order: $300.00 Freight Terms: $300.00+ Freight Paid (1) Continental USA Location (First Order Only) Payment Terms: Net 30 days after credit is approved. No cash discounts. Discount Levels: Individual first-time orders totaling $500.00+ = Less 5% or $750.00+ = Less 7.5% or $1,000.00+ = Less 10% Warranty Policy: Lifetime Warranty.
